How is Blueteq different?

Blueteq was founded with the express intention of developing solutions to organisations’ specific business needs. Unlike most software developers, Blueteq recognised that organisations simply want the system to support their processes, deliver the benefits they anticipated without costly resources to manage and maintain the application.

About Us

With over 25 years experience in both the public and private sectors Blueteq was founded in 2005 by the existing Directors, with the ethos and practice of providing “personalised IT solutions” combined with the highest level of customer service and care.

Blueteq recognised the widespread availability of high speed internet access, and has always specialised in the deployment, on-going development and support of a range of fast, web based applications providing secure and on demand solutions to business needs, which can be tailored to the exact needs of the client, as well as the development of new business-specific applications.

Available 24 x 7 from anywhere, these applications can scale from single to many users. With a simple subscription model, the Blueteq applications are also highly cost effective which is why Blueteq’s customers regard them as core to the success of their business providing a range of benefits including increased efficiencies, management and control of budgets and tracking the status of transactions, be they cases or orders, through the process.

Blueteq’s portfolio of applications addresses two main sectors with a range of mission critical applications:

  • Blueteq has a range of healthcare systems that address the needs within both the Public and Private sectors, ranging from the Individual Funding Request (IFR) suite through clinical systems to full patient and hospital management systems 

  • In the commercial arena, Blueteq provides web based mission critical applications that range from outsourced e-mail through e-commerce to bespoke applications.
